**REPORTS TO: Manager on Duty, Kitchen Supervisor**

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**:To prepare all orders correctly, efficiently and timely and to ensure that it is served at appropriate temperature.

**What we are looking for from you**:

- Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Have an understanding of cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Ensure a well-stocked work station and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift
- Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables and shelves
- Comply with applicable sanitary, health and personal hygiene standards
- Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift and carry heavy material
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, KM or GM

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-32 per week

**Salary**: $15.65-$21.14 per hour
