**Accounting Clerk**

**Key Responsibility**:

- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases to ensure easy access to relevant information when needed.
- This includes performing data entry and managing documents efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly office environment, ensuring that all areas are kept tidy and presentable.
- Completing payments, receiving, inventory processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Reconciling processed payments
- Ensuring outstanding balances are collected
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Inventory
- Organizing and updating customer and vendor accounts
- Reminding customers about upcoming payments or past-due accounts
- Using software to send invoices and payment reminders electronically
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.

**Qualifications**:

- Accounting Background an asset
- Bookkeeping experience
- Being able to work independently with problem-solving skills.
- Great working attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
