**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- As the Store Manager, you will be directly responsible for every aspect of the successful operation of the store.
- Demonstrate exceptional styling and selling skills to achieve store target through both in-store and digital selling with proactive use of selling techniques (including of text and social media outreach)
- Have an eye for detail in visual merchandising and stock management, including planning and executing visual updates, product placement and replenishment.
- Executes detailed, comprehensive stock and product management routines, including processing shipment, merchandising, replenishment and fulfilling online orders.
- Entrepreneurial innovation to utilize all tools / support available and within framework of business to develop creative approaches to driving the business results
- Be a brand ambassador by keeping up with new arrivals, product knowledge, and styling current merchandise.
- Plan, create, publish, and schedule social media content that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand
- Ensuring the overall store appearance such as the positioning of racks, maintenance, and housekeeping reflects company directives and is in accordance with company standards.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events

**KEY SKILLS**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
- Track record of meeting personal sales goals while coaching and developing sales team to drive and deliver on overall store performance
- Consistently execute responsibilities to meet expectations. You exhibit strength in accuracy, urgency, multi -tasking and time management.
- Strong attention to detail; a go-getter with a positive attitude.
- Social media savvy with a strong interest to use networking and technology to achieve sales goals
- The ability to excel in a team environment
- Model and ensure dress code and image compliance
- The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
