As the Program Coordinator & Facilitator for Women's Economic Prosperity, you will take a leading role in organizing and delivering impactful programs focused on career development, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment for women.

In this role, you will drive innovative initiatives that inspire and empower participants to achieve their professional and financial aspirations. You will manage all program logistics, facilitate engaging workshops, and provide personalized employment readiness support to ensure a seamless, transformative client experience. We are seeking someone with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, coupled with a passion for client success. Your strategic, solution-oriented mindset and creativity will inspire participants to realize their full potential and achieve lasting change. **This is a one-year term position, 37.5 hours per week, with the option for a hybrid schedule. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required based on program needs.**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure the efficient execution of activities, meeting all objectives effectively.
- Foster consistent and transparent communication with team members, partners, and participants to ensure alignment on program goals, progress, and updates.
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and data tracking with precision and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and address challenges that arise during program execution, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Provide exceptional support to participants by addressing their needs and concerns, ensuring a positive and enriching program experience.
- Contribute to conducting assessments and research to understand the target audience, ensuring that the program is relevant and tailored to their needs.
- Assist in designing engaging, interactive curricula that align with program objectives and incorporate diverse learning methods.
- Lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions using effective teaching strategies to foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
- Provide personalized support to participants in career readiness, including resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance program delivery and ensure collaborative success.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to assess program effectiveness, track progress, and generate reports on impact and outcomes.
- Organize and participate in community events and networking opportunities to extend the program's reach and enhance its impact.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Humanities, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional coaching training or designation is an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of program coordination and facilitation/workshop delivery experience is required.
- Experience working with diverse program participants, including vulnerable populations and senior-level professionals
- Experience in career development, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, or a combination of these areas is an asset. A blend of relevant education and experience will also be considered.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification, ASIST, and NVCI are assets.
- Proficiency in MS Suite, QuickBooks, Canva, and digital record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including cultural diversity, vulnerable and marginalized groups, various age groups, LGBTQ2S+, and individuals with trauma histories.
- Strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving abilities, conflict management, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
