We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Event/Preparation Cook to join our culinary team. Our kitchen team plays a crucial role in ensuring every event is a success by crafting delicious, beautifully presented meals. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Cook and plate dishes according to event menus and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly
- Work efficiently to ensure timely meal service for weddings and special events
- Collaborate with chefs, servers, and event staff for seamless execution

**What We’re Looking For**:
Previous experience in catering, banquet cooking, or restaurant kitchens Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
