The Event Preparation Associate (EPA) supports the Front and Back of House teams with the setup of all areas for events, these areas include dining rooms, cocktail spaces, and bars. EPA staff are responsible for the placement and set up of tables, chairs, buffets, service ware, linens and décor items according to company guidelines along with the expectation of the clients. Staff are also required to assume the responsibility of setting up the Ceremony site. This role is crucial in creating a memorable experience for Couples and their guests by preparing the venues to meet the high standards of presentation and functionality.

**Primary Responsibilities.**
- Follow set up instructions with a high attention to detail, a keen eye for arranging spaces as per the floor plan to meet high aesthetic and practicality standards.
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, decorations and other event elements based on the event floor plan.
- Ensure all service ware items are clean, aligned and properly positioned.
- Check that all exits and pathways are clear of obstacles and that all health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Ensure all areas of the venue, including restrooms and common areas, are ready and welcoming to guests.

- Be on your feet for extended periods of time.

- Be flexible to issues that may arise.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends at both venue locations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $18.65 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
