Bellamere Winery & Event Centre is a premier wedding and event destination known for its stunning setting and exceptional culinary experiences. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Preparation/Event Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team.

What You Will Do:

- Assist with prep tasks: chopping, portioning, plating, etc.
- Cook and assemble dishes according to event menus
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety protocols
- Support kitchen operations during weddings and special events
- Work with chefs, servers, and event staff for smooth service

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience in catering, banquets, or restaurant kitchens
- Solid knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
