Location: 915 Walkers Ln., Burlington, ON L7N 3V8

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00-5:00 - some Saturdays

**We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our Team**

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at our Unique Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership, located in Burlington.

The Service Advisor understands that customer satisfaction is the priority for the dealership and will treat every client in a such a way that promotes this goal.

**What we are seeking in YOU**:

- Have strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- Minimum of 1-2 years service advisor in a Dealership environment is required
- Have a pleasant and outgoing manner
- Thrive in a very busy and fast-paced team environment
- Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge experience is preferred
- Previous Reynolds and Reynolds experience is an asset
- Valid Ontario G class driver’s license

**What YOU will be doing**:

- Develop long-lasting and trust-based relationships with clients
- Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Schedule client appointments and ensure they are accurately booked to maximize shop productivity and efficiency
- Sell repairs and/or services that meet the needs of our customers
- Strive to exceed sales targets as set by management
- Provide an excellent experience for our valued customers

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
