**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. You will utilize your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to facilitate effective communication between customers and our service technicians, ultimately enhancing the overall service experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department.
- Assess customer needs by listening attentively to their concerns regarding vehicle performance and maintenance.
- Provide accurate information on services offered, including recommendations for repairs and maintenance based on mechanical knowledge.
- Prepare detailed service estimates for customers, including parts and labor costs.
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle based on inspection findings.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and payments including cash handling procedures.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.
- Proficient in cash handling and financial transactions related to automotive services.
- Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology, complemented by mechanical knowledge.
- Experience in upselling products or services in a dealership or automotive environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in sales within the automotive industry is an advantage.

Pay: $37,620.61-$72,536.21 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
