**Internal Service Advisor - UNIQUE CHRYSLER**

Reports to: Fixed Operations Manager

Location: 915 Walkers Ln., Burlington, ON L7N 3V8

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00-5:00

**We are seeking an Fixed Operations Assistant** **to join our Team**

We are seeking an Internal Service Advisor to join the team at our Unique Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership, located in Burlington. We are looking for a team member with a positive attitude and ability to work in a past-paced environment.

**What we are seeking in YOU**:

- Possess a valid Ontario G class driver’s license with a clean driving record; driver’s abstract required
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive both, automatic and manual transmissions
- Must have automotive industry experience
- Willingness to evolve with the position, and as new initiatives present themselves

**What YOU will be doing**:

- Ensuring accurate and timely written estimates for all repairs and services sold
- Handle client concerns with understanding, courtesy and tact
- Ensure high level of customer service in all departments - service, parts, body shop, sales and leasing
- Ensuring accurate pricing for parts and labour
- Ensuring accurate processes are followed for customer approval
- Ensuring the timely closure of Repair Orders, including ensuring the proper charges and payments have been taken
- Ensure client vehicles are repaired in a timely manner and repairs are completed right, the firs time
- Create a clear path of communication between Sales and Service; including the transition of potential sales customers from service to the sales managers
- Proper follow up with Customer Service regarding no-shows and cancellations
- Complete all designed Occupational Health and Safety training; other training as assigned
- Assist Fixed Operations Manager
- Other duties as assigned
