**Fluidra** is seeking a Full-**t**ime Customer Service (Order Entry) Representative at our Burlington, Ontario location.**

**WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE**
- Answering phones, scanning and filing documents.
- Provide customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Process Service Calls and Service Requests
- Process Purchase and Sales Orders
- General office duties
- Input of information into the company data base.
- Assist customers with order status inquiries.
- Work closely with other departments to facilitate order fulfillment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**WHAT WE SEEK**
- Provide all duties in English and French - Bilingual
- Polished and professional communication skills.
- Work experience in a customer service environment using data entry and telephone skills.
- Experience with Oracle database a major plus.
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to prioritize and perform a variety of tasks with mínimal direction.
- Swimming pool industry knowledge a plus.

**EDUCATION**
High School Diploma or equivalent
