Reunion Coffee Roasters is currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable **Order Desk Representative** who will provide our customers with professional and courteous assistance to ensure their satisfaction in all dealings with our company. Our new Order Desk Representative will promote appropriate products and services while addressing any customer concerns, all while generating loyalty and increasing sales.

On a practical level, you will:

- Answer any incoming calls and forward as necessary;
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints;
- Solicit and relay customer feedback to improve service;
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated source;
- Track and follow up on orders as necessary;
- Process, distribute, and file invoices.

If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

- High school diploma required;
- Three years’ experience in customer service preferred;
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Written and verbal fluency in English;
- Mathematical literacy (percentages, discounts, arithmetic, etc.);
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse working environment;
- Strong attention to detail.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
