Food and Beverage Supervisor

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Food and Beverage Supervisor (12 Month Contract)**

**We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Calgary has an opportunity to join our Food and Beverage Team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.**

**This is an exciting role, which will involve engaging and providing services to our guests through Thomsons Kitchen & Bar, Bakers Coffee Shop and In-Room Dining.**

**What is expected of me in this role?**
- Experience and understanding of Food and Beverage operations including restaurant dining and room service
- Coordinate and supervise banquet functions by preparing and organizing meeting and event spaces
- Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of our restaurant Thomsons Kitchen/Bar
- Assist with report generation, scheduling, payroll and inventory management as required
- Collaboration of tasks with other departments and delegation of tasks to colleagues
- Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel business needs
- At times may be required to lift a moderate amount of weight
- Valid work authorization for Canada

**Qualifications**
- Valid Proserve certification is required
- A minimum of 1 year of Supervisor experience required

**This role will typically allow a minimum of 40 hours per week.**

**The minimum starting hourly rate for this role is $25 CAD per hour.**
