Medical Receptionist

Busy Medical clinic looking for a reliable front desk receptionist for our Urgent Care clinic. Shifts would be every Monday & Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm and every other Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

Must be able to multi-task, follow direction, and be a team player.

Familiar with an EMR but no necessary. Will be trained.

Responsibilities include:

- Checking patients in/Verifying their info
- Escorting patients to exam rooms
- Answering phones
- Booking appointments
- Other administrative duties (eg. filing, faxing, invoicing)
- Following up on Doctors requests

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.90 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanata, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
