**Qualifications**:
- Preferably, a licensed Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, or Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a provincial regulatory college in Alberta is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1-3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills.
- Completion of advanced orthopedic or manual therapy training is an asset.
- Passion for innovation, people development, and client-focused care.
