**Position Details**
- Working within the University of Lethbridge Counselling Services department and reporting to the Director, Student Wellness Services, the Clinical Practicum Supervisor will:
- Oversee and coordinate supervision of U of L MEd Clinical and Counselling Psychology and Master of Counselling students who are completing a counselling psychology practicum at the University of Lethbridge;
- Engage in limited front-line counselling work.
- Working within the Graduate Studies and Research in Education office, and reporting to the Associate Dean, the Clinical Practicum Supervisor will assist in advancing the faculty’s strategic priorities for our graduate programs in counselling, by:
- Assisting in expanding and enriching our relationships with the counselling professionals and organizations within the province of Alberta;
- Supporting the development of long-term partnership agreements with counselling organization who supervise and support our MEd Clinical and Counselling Psychology, and Master of Counselling students in their practica;
- Assist in developing entrance to practice competencies and profiles that will inform the curriculum and instruction within the Faculty of Education’s counselling psychology programs.

The University of Lethbridge is undertaking a job classification and compensation review for Administrative Professional Officer (APO) positions. As such, the salary range currently assigned for this position may be adjusted as a result of this project.
