**Job Summary**
Chinook Cardiology is seeking a dedicated and experienced clinical manager with proven leadership and healthcare experience to oversee and optimize clinical operations of our busy outpatient cardiology clinic. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, supervising and leading the clinical team. This position will report to the Senior Manager and Medical Director of Chinook Cardiology. Salary commensurate with experience and education.
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage clinical staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote effective patient care and operational efficiency.
- Monitor patient care practices, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve service delivery and patient satisfaction.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in supervising clinical staff and managing healthcare operations.
- Proficiency with EMR (electronic medical record systems) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and privacy regulations and compliance and patient safety practices.
- Solid understanding of medical terminology relevant to clinical services.
This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence within our organization, ensuring that all patients receive compassionate, effective, and individualized care.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
