Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality, client‑centered clinical assessments and treatment plans. Monitor client progress, ensure quality assurance, and support positive clinical outcomes. Lead and manage clinic operations: performance metrics, financials, workflow optimization. Inspire and mentor clinical staff, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative team culture. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Coordinate clinic scheduling, manage conflicts, and promote operational efficiency. Engage in community outreach and business development to drive clinic growth. Serve as primary liaison with regional leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications Licensed Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, or Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with a provincial regulatory college in Alberta. Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with 1–3 years in a leadership or management role. Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and KPIs. Excellent interpersonal, mentorship, and communication skills. Completion of advanced orthopaedic or manual therapy training is an asset.
