As a result of strong consumer demand for Honda vehicles and services, we are looking to hire a **full time bilingual Appointment Coordinator**.
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Answering inbound calls in English and French
- Making follow up phones call to clients and scheduling sales appointments for the sales team
- Making outbound calls to clients to make them aware of specific and time sensitive promotions and loyalty offers.
- Updating customer information records
- Assisting with special projects

- Highly motivated person with a positive attitude and 'customer first' approach
- A team player with a warm and friendly telephone presence is needed
- Exceptional customer service skills and excellent follow-up skills with a genuine focus on customer support and retention
