This position is located in either of our Western Canadian offices in Edmonton or Vancouver. Of course, there is freedom to work from home as needed, but we love being together Why? **The Role**

As a Technical Business Analyst at Elantis you'll be responsible for:

- Facilitating workshops, training, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Validating client requirements and processes, assessing gaps between current and future state, and confirming a pending solutions “fit”.
- Creating professional technical documents that are easy to read and understand.

From the technical side, here are some of the skills we're looking for:

- Experience with development tools and processes:

- Experience with SharePoint Online and on premise.
- Familiar with basic web design including CSS and HTML.
- Exposure to process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Confident with testing and quality assurance.
- Ability to conduct effective user training to ensure solution adoption.
- Exposure to Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and automated workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, Nintex, or other comparable platforms.
- Experience in consulting roles.
- Articulate, excellent communication skills.
- Able to confidently guide clients toward solutions.
- Proactive and driven.
- Able to manage billable time and work efficiently.
- Able to context switch and manage multiple client commitments.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
- Able to work with project managers and technical teams to complete projects on time and on budget.
- Post-secondary education in a technology related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical certifications such as Microsoft PL900 are a great asset.
