**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
Identify potential clients in target industries and regions using various tools and platforms.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored blockchain solutions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth.
Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets and industries.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:
Drive the sales process by preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align client needs with company offerings.
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for senior management.
- **Event Participation**:
Represent HECOD Blockchain Inc. at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and establish connections.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales software.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle negotiations effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to business challenges.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences as needed.

Pay: $58,479.00-$64,407.00 per year

Additional pay:
