**Business Development Representative - Security Services**
**Location**: Hybrid (Office/Work from Home) - Service Area: Lower Mainland
**Salary**: $3,000 base per month + 3% commission on gross monthly sales (adjusts to $1,600 base + 5% commission after 6 months)

Rigid Security Inc. is seeking a **Sales Representative** to join our team. As a growing leader in security services, we provide cutting-edge solutions, including manned security services and camera surveillance packages, to clients across BC.
As a **Sales Representative** at Rigid, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Focus**: Drive sales of security services and camera surveillance packages in the Lower Mainland area.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
- **Presentations & Proposals**: Conduct presentations and develop tailored proposals to meet the needs of various clients.
- **Travel**: Regular travel required to meet clients; per-kilometer compensation provided.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Rigid Security management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in sales or commission-based roles is required. Experience in the security services industry is an asset but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Driven & Self-Motivated**: A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software and basic tech tools.
- **Valid Driver’s License**: Required for travel across the service area.
Compensation & Benefits:
- **Base Salary**: $3,000 per month, with a 3% commission on gross monthly sales. After 6 months, the base salary decreases to $1,600 per month with a 5% commission on gross monthly sales made.
- **Bonuses & Profit Sharing**: Additional incentives based on performance.
- **Per-Kilometer Travel Compensation**: Reimbursement for travel expenses.
- **Hybrid Work Environment**: Combination of office and work-from-home flexibility.
