Compensation & Incentive Plan

**Base Salary**:

- $45,000 / year starting, based on experience

**Incentives**:

- Monthly performance bonuses: Up to $1,500*

Bonuses based on combined team & individual performance after successful completion of probationary period.
- Opportunity for pay increases with demonstrated performance and tenure

**Total earning Potential**: $50,000-$70,000+ per year

Key Responsibilities

**Customer Sales & Service**
- Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers by recommending tire and wheel options and services based on vehicle, driving habits, seasonal, and budgetary needs.
- Provide retail and wholesale customers with accurate quotes and timelines
- Educate customers on tire brands, warranties, services including tire storage in addition to seasonal promotions
- Build rapport with new and repeat customers to build a returning customer base

**Sales Operations**
- Follow up on inquiries and quote requests online, over the phone, and in person
- Enter and update customer information in the POS system
- Create work orders, process payments, and handle basic paperwork
- Track your quotes and convert opportunities into sales
- Follow up on pending orders and quotes on a regular basis
- Perform day-end procedures
- Contribute to hitting monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Actively participate in regular team meetings

**Team & Workflow Support**
- Liaise with Retail Manager, Technicians, and the Shop Foreman to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate customer needs clearly to the service team
- Assist with merchandising, showroom cleanliness, and product displays
- Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

**Required**:

- Proven success in retail or inside sales
- Automotive experience an asset but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy — able to learn sales and fitment platforms quickly
- Organized, punctual, and dependable with a team-first attitude
- Able to thrive in a busy environment and stay calm under pressure
- Problem solver - you should be able to identify a problem and offer solutions
- Take initiative - Don’t wait to be told what to do next. Jump in. Follow up. Keep momentum.
- Detail oriented - accuracy in quotes, notes, and fitments are important.
- Resilient and coachable - willing to take feedback, adapt, and improve and grow.
- Willingness to continually learn. Take online training courses to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Overtime hours during peak seasons (Spring / Fall)

**Preferred**:

- Experience in the automotive, tire, or wheel industry
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, and CRM
- Basic knowledge of tire sizes, vehicle fitments, or mechanical work

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
