**About the Role**

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor plays a critical role in understanding customer needs, coordinating vehicle servicing, and communicating recommendations with clarity and professionalism. You are detail-oriented, personable, and knowledgeable—committed to providing a premium, personalized service experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Greet and assist customers in person or over the phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Understand and assess service needs using customer input and historical data
  • Explain repair or maintenance recommendations and estimated costs clearly and accurately
  • Document service details and maintain accurate repair orders
  • Ensure timely completion of all documentation and administrative tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with all required brand-specific training and service protocols
  • Champion exceptional service at every touchpoint
