**What we are looking for**:
We are currently seeking **Service Advisors** for all our dealership locations. As a key member of the Service Department, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth maintenance and repair experiences, and building long-term relationships that keep our customers coming back.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor plays a critical role in understanding customer needs, coordinating vehicle servicing, and communicating recommendations with clarity and professionalism. You are detail-oriented, personable, and knowledgeable—committed to providing a premium, personalized service experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in person or over the phone in a professional and timely manner
- Understand and assess service needs using customer input and historical data
- Explain repair or maintenance recommendations and estimated costs clearly and accurately
- Document service details and maintain accurate repair orders
- Ensure timely completion of all documentation and administrative tasks
- Stay up-to-date with all required brand-specific training and service protocols
- Champion exceptional service at every touchpoint
