Working closely with our brewery team, you'll contribute to all aspects of the brewing process
- from wort production to packaging - and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the production of wort and beer
- Perform fermentation and cellaring duties
- Clean and sanitize tanks and brewing equipment
- Conduct filtration and assist with packaging
- Maintain focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Support in operating packaging equipment (e.g., Cask can filler, GAI bottle filler, Scholle bag filler)
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 30kg, climb stairs/ladders, etc.)
- Handle repetitive tasks while staying focused and detail-oriented
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Brewing Operations (University or College)
- Minimum 2 years of brewing experience on a 20 hL brewhouse
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fermentation, filtration, and sanitation
- Minimum 2 years of packaging experience (familiarity with Cask, GAI, or Scholle equipment an asset)
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance basics
- Excellent multitasking, critical thinking, and adaptability skills
- Strong team player with a positive, self-starting attitude
- Good verbal communication skills and time management
- Physically fit with stamina and dexterity
