We are currently searching for a Campus Recruitment Coordinator to join our Global Campus and Early Careers Team for a 6 month period.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or a student in a post-graduate program looking for an extended internship or co-op placement.

**What You Will Be Working On**
- Overseeing campus recruitment - posting positions, reviewing, and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters
- Driving brand awareness by coordinating and/or participating in campus events
- Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day campus recruitment activities for both hiring managers and students
- Coordinating and managing the internal student experience including but not limited to planning student events, hosting student roundtables, sending and reviewing student evaluations
- Various other campus programs/recruitment related tasks as assigned

**About You**
- Currently in (or recently graduated from) a Human Resources related post-secondary program; past internships or co-op work terms in the recruitment space are an asset
- Ability to effectively manage tight timelines and prioritizes tasks; flexibly handling additional tasks as assigned
- Self-starting personality - you are extremely organized, proactive and detail oriented
- You communicate with honesty, kindness and can build trusting relationships
- Interest in and passionate about recruitment and early talent
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
