**DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with HR and Facility Managers to maintain staffing requirements.
- Manage active job advertisements for hourly and salary positions.
- Partner with stakeholders to work through claims management and return to work processes
- Provide guidance and hold accountability to our Social, Environmental and Governance platforms
- Lead our community impact platforms through coordinating volunteering opportunities and events such as blood drives
- Create a fun work environment and positive culture that reinforces our Company’s core values.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee programs to achieve desired engagement.
- Communicate and reinforce the company's culture to ensure a high level of employee engagement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration;
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR, office administration, customer service, or related field
- Exposure to Claims Management is an asset.
- Familiarity with human resources systems (Oracle and Kronos is an asset) and strong knowledge of personal computers and related software (MS Word, Excel, etc.) is desired.
- Reliable Transportation is essential - there is no public transportation to the facility
