**Hiring Cafe manager**

**Requirements**:

- Min. 1 year management experience.
- Min. 1 year barista experience.
- Comfortable and capable in a high pace work environment.
- Team oriented with the customer at the top of mind.

**Duties**:

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Managing schedules/hiring and training staff.
- Oversee daily operations of the café, including food production, bartending, and catering services
- Create and maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for both guests and staff

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during operations
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software
