**What you will do**:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling radiator products directly to customers, including individual clients, businesses, and industrial entities. This role involves building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions through the company's radiator product offerings. The representative will work to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Develop, initiate and follow up on new business leads.
- Work with and on behalf of the President and Operations Manager to align sales strategies with long term goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and stay knowledgeable about current industry trends.
- Ensure all communication with new or existing customers is logged into our CRM system.
- Offer professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain long standing client relationships and foster their continued growth.
- Provide Cancore with guidance on price competitiveness.
- Participate in trade shows, training or associated product meetings when necessary.
- Monday to Friday shift schedule but adjustments may be required to accommodate business needs.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary to accommodate client schedules.
- This position may require significant travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Bilingual in English and French will be considered an asset.
- Proven experience dealing with Industrial OEM sectors.
- Proven experience in direct B2B sales, preferably in the HVAC or industrial products sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Must own a reliable vehicle for travel.

**Salary**: $70,000 - Vehicle Allowance, Laptop, Cell Phone, Expense Account and Commission Bonus based on achieving growth targets.

**Job Type and Hours**: Full - time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, Hamilton Home Office.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
