**Duties**
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service department. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that all repairs and maintenance are completed efficiently and accurately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise a team of automotive technicians and service advisors
- Schedule and assign work to technicians, ensuring timely completion of repairs
- Provide guidance and support to technicians, assisting with complex repairs as needed
- Monitor the quality of work performed by technicians, conducting regular inspections
- Interact with customers to address any concerns or questions regarding their vehicle repairs
- Ensure that all service orders are accurately documented and processed in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ordering additional items as needed
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the service department

**Skills**
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- 10 years of experience as automotive service manager
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs
- Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service center is highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in cash handling procedures, ensuring accurate transactions and accountability

Pay: $55,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
