**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and manage the service team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Review customers work orders and manage work order tower.
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Monitor parts and supplies to ensure availability for repairs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an automotive service management role
- Licensed Mechanic preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
- Ability to effectively review customers work orders and interact with customers.
- Experience with cash handling and financial record keeping is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, typing skills, and to interact effectively with customers and all team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
