We are a well-established, home-based independent lawn and snow maintenance company serving the West End of Edmonton. While small in size, we take pride in providing exceptional services to approximately 200 residential lawn clients and 120 snow removal clients. Founded in 2013, we have built a reputation for quality, reliability, and long-term customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated, long-term employee to join our team.

As a Lawn Maintenance Technician, you will be assigned a set route of residential properties. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and efficient mowing at these locations each week and follow a daily schedule. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a variety of weather conditions, ranging from extreme heat to rainy weather.

You will be provided with a vehicle and all necessary equipment, including a Mower, trimmer, backpack blower and anything else needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mowing a set route of house each week
- Ensuring all areas of work meet company and client expectations
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in working order
- Reporting any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner

**Compensation**:

- Starting pay: $20/hr
- Weekly Bonuses for effective time managment
- Week days (with any exeptions for rain delays may cause some weekend required work)

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license with a CLEAN driver’s abstract
- A MINIMUM of 3 years of consecutive, clean insurance history in Canada
- Reliable self-transportation to work (in the West End)
- Physically capable of performing job duties, including bending, walking, operating a mower, trimmer, blower, and other manual tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability

**Experience**:

- Canadian Insurance History: 3 years (required)
- Driving in CANADA: 3 years (required)
