We’re seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our crew as a Snow Removal and Lawn Maintenance Crew Member.
As a Snow Removal and Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and safety of our clients' properties year-round. Your responsibilities will include snow removal during the winter months and lawn care during the warmer months.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Snow Removal**:
- Operate snow plows, blowers, and other snow removal equipment.
- Clear driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and other designated areas of snow and ice.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events.
- **Lawn Maintenance**:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control.
- Maintain and repair lawn equipment as necessary.
- Manage debris removal and overall site cleanup.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in landscaping or snow removal is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with a willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
