Lawn Care Technician

**Job Overview**
**Crew Lead -**We are also hiring for a team leader. Must have full open availability, 1 year of lawn maintenance experience & 2 years of experience managing people, and a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various landscaping projects.
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure optimal growth and health of plants.
- Dig, plant, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees as needed.
- Build and maintain garden features such as pathways, retaining walls, and decorative elements.
- Conduct regular inspections of lawns to identify issues such as pests or diseases.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition through routine cleaning and minor repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
**Crew Lead Responsibilities**

- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Driving the truck daily

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.45-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
