Teamcenter Specialist

Description:
The Teamcenter Specialist will be responsible to develop and manage Harmonized CAD Data Structures in support of Vehicle Development and Design Step Release related deliverables. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Creation and Management of Advanced Study & Pre-Production Phase Data Trees
- Creation and Management of CAD Variants that reflect the latest BOM content and Production Design Intent
- Scheduling & Reporting of Metrics in support of Design Release Milestones
- Networking with Engineering teams to define Production Teamcenter Variant Configurations that meet widespread industrial needs
- Monitor and address alignment issues occurring between EBOM and Teamcenter (CODEP where applicable)
- Ensure Data Integrity of Prioritized Tracked Variants (PTV’s)
- Produce Specialty Reports that support business needs
- Institutionalize Lessons Learned, Best Practices / Processes / Tools
- Provide training and Support during Step Release Cycles
- Lead mitigation and remediation of CAD/BOM Non-Compliances specific to Global Workshare programs
- Facilitate the coordination of Sync-2 “hand-off” to BCI Teams (aliasing, data positioning, configuration)
- Perform re-positioning of component positions lost during data/tree migration
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in a technical Automotive Field or position.
- Automotive Design or Packaging Experience
- Proficient Teamcenter and Vis Mock-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint collaboration software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
**Hybrid Role**
Preferred Requirements:
Working Knowledge of BOM Systems: EBOM, EBOM2TC, CODEP
Pay: $45.00-$46.00 per hour
