As a leading engineering specialist that places innovation at the heart of its strategy, SEGULA Technologies carries out large-scale projects, ranging from studies to industrialization and production.Position based in Auburn Hills, Michigan ( / Eligibility to TN Visa required; must be a Canadian citizen (mandatory)Job DescriptionTroubleshooting operational issuesEducating global users on Part and CAD Readiness – EDP processes and systemsImproving systems through benchmarking and studying current practicesWorking closely with engineering functions and ICT partners to ensure project deliverables are metParticipating in business requirements gathering sessions, documenting requirements, and supporting development work with ICT partnersMonitoring and testing IT solutions before implementation to ensure business requirements are metAssisting with project communicationWriting and maintaining user documentation and serving as a point of contact for Part and CAD Readiness process issuesWriting and maintaining training documentation for Part and CAD Readiness – EDPPlanning training sessions to educate users on effective tool usageRisk management: Identifying risks (, outdated contents, enhancements) and planning mitigationsIssue escalation and reporting: Identifying blockers and escalating appropriatelyCreating timelines for tool enhancements and content updatesCommunications & Working Relationships:Self-starter with a passion for innovationComfortable working in a global settingExperienced in documenting business and system requirementsDemonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team toward a common solutionPerformance Indicators:Training schedule adherenceTracking through Power BI dashboardsCustomer support effectivenessQualificationsExperience & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Science (preferred in Engineering)5+ years of experience in engineeringTool experience with PLM Enovia, Teamcenter Active Workspace ClientAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across geographiesOther Skill Areas:Aptitude for understanding IT system design, data structures, and data security, especially in Teamcenter Active Workspace ClientFamiliarity with NX/Teamcenter Release processKnowledge of MS 365/Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Access, SharePoint, Qlik Suite (advantageous)Competencies, Core Values & Behaviours:Excellent relationship-building skillsAbility to productively manage changeClear, concise, and accurate communication skills (verbal and written in English)Strong presentation skillsAbility to work independentlyAdditional InformationPosition based in Auburn Hills, Michigan ( / Eligibility to TN Visa required; must be a Canadian citizen (mandatory)
