Job Description
  • Troubleshooting operational issues
  • Educating global users on Part and CAD Readiness – EDP processes and systems
  • Improving systems through benchmarking and studying current practices
  • Working closely with engineering functions and ICT partners to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Participating in business requirements gathering sessions, documenting requirements, and supporting development work with ICT partners
  • Monitoring and testing IT solutions before implementation to ensure business requirements are met
  • Assisting with project communication
  • Writing and maintaining user documentation and serving as a point of contact for Part and CAD Readiness process issues
  • Writing and maintaining training documentation for Part and CAD Readiness – EDP
  • Planning training sessions to educate users on effective tool usage
  • Risk management: Identifying risks (e.g., outdated contents, enhancements) and planning mitigations
  • Issue escalation and reporting: Identifying blockers and escalating appropriately
  • Creating timelines for tool enhancements and content updates

Communications & Working Relationships:

  • Experienced in documenting business and system requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team toward a common solution

  • Training schedule adherence
  • Tracking through Power BI dashboards

Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science (preferred in Engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering
  • Tool experience with PLM Enovia, Teamcenter Active Workspace Client
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across geographies

Other Skill Areas:

  • Aptitude for understanding IT system design, data structures, and data security, especially in Teamcenter Active Workspace Client
  • Familiarity with NX/Teamcenter Release process
  • Knowledge of MS 365/Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Access, SharePoint, Qlik Suite (advantageous)
