**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee trauma-informed, evidence-based programs that address mental health needs across the lifespan.
- Integrate social determinants of health into service delivery to align programs with organizational goals and community needs.
- Improve service delivery with equity-focused, inclusive solutions and ensure high-quality standards through effective planning and evaluation.
- Build stakeholder partnerships, monitor outcomes using data, and continuously improve programs.
- Mentor staff, provide leadership for complex cases, and embed anti-oppression principles in service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in clinical services or program management.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, drive innovation, and address systemic barriers with equity-focused strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building expertise
- Significant familiarity with the Jewish culture, traditions and diverse communities.
- Registration with OCSWSSW (or equivalent) in good standing;
- Comprehension of French or another language will be considered an asset
