In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to add value by offering tailored solutions in fund custody, administration, and asset servicing.Your Job• Build and manage long-term relationships with investment fund managers, asset managers, and fund manufacturers.• Serve as the primary point of contact for overall client coverage.• Provide comprehensive custody solutions tailored to clients' needs, including fund administration, NAV calculation, and compliance monitoring.• Drive account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.• Lead the implementation of new client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of services.• Stay informed on industry trends and provide clients with insights and recommendations.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client needs promptly.Your TeamReporting to the Vice President, Head of Custody and ETF Services, you will collaborate and support our team in its day-to-day operations, while also assisting the clients of NB Trust ETF Services. You will work in a collaborative and professional environment with most of the teams located in Montreal.As part of your duties, you interact with the Bank's various partners and other external organizations across Canada.
