Our **Ministry of Finance Collection Supervisors** are dynamic individuals who are responsible for managing a team of collection agents and creating an inclusive and motivating environment through positive and inspiring leadership. They are responsible for encouraging each member of their team to grow, and fulfill their potential, all while achieving the objectives defined by our clients' expectations.

**Main Duties**:

- Lead, coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve and surpass goals
- Ensure compliance with the various policies and procedures determined by the clients and the company
- Monitor the results and objectives of each of the collection agents under their supervisor, and identify areas for improvement and ensure follow-up of corrective actions
- Distribute and assign new accounts to their team
- Supervise and enforce the work plans of the different accounts
- Collaborate with the Quality team to listen to calls and identify opportunities for improvement
- Perform other duties related to the position as required

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma in Administration or a related field, or relevant experience
- Greater than one (1) year of experience in a call center environment, and more than one (1) year of experience in personnel management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to adapt to new technology quickly
- Strong knowledge of CUBS is a requirement
- Knowledge of Interaction Client and DRS systems is an asset
- Must possess excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the collection industry is an important asset
- Previous Ministry of Finance experience is an asset
- Bilingualism is an important asset
