**Role Description**
Previous experience with Accuro is preferred.
Training will be provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Answering Phone Calls**: Handle incoming calls, manage patient inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up.
- **Patient Management**: Assist with patient flow within the clinic, including welcoming and preparing patients for their appointments.
- **Assisting Physicians**: Take and record patient vitals, supporting the physician during examinations.
- **Completing Assessments**: Fill out neurological assessment forms in collaboration with patients.
- **EMR Management**: Utilize Accuro EMR for filing records, managing medications, and scheduling patient appointments.
- **Documentation**: Scan and fax necessary paperwork to pharmacies and other healthcare providers.
- **Tool Maintenance**: Clean and maintain physician’s tools (training will be provided).
- **Sanitization**: Ensure clinic instruments are properly sanitized to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Experience
- Familiarity with Accuro EMR is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with AI systems are essential.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
Schedule:
- 6-8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School Graduate (required)
- additional certification in medical office administration is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
