**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused **Store Manager** to lead our retail and rental operations. This role oversees daily store activities, staff coordination, inventory control, and ensures a seamless experience for our clients, from walk-ins to large-scale wedding consultations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily retail and rental operations
- Supervise and schedule staff, ensuring top-tier customer service
- Manage inventory levels, product displays, and rental returns
- Process orders, consultations, and customer quotes
- Collaborate on social media and promotional campaigns
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Handle conflict resolution and problem-solving professionally
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and event partners as needed
- Uphold company policies and support ongoing process improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 years of retail or store management experience (event or rental industry an asset)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak seasons
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with setup as needed
- Valid driver’s license an asset

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage based on experience - increases every year.
- Staff discounts on rentals and merchandise
- Opportunity for contract renewal based on performance

Pay: From $19.80 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
