We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **full time manager.**

We are looking for a hard working, reliable, sales-driven individual who has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a small team. Being open-minded and having a positive attitude is vital to thriving in this type of environment. Having a willingness to learn will be an asset.

General Duties include using a cash register and debit/credit machine, opening and closing duties, cleaning, stocking shelves, organizing DVDs, alphabetizing, maintaining organizational systems, performing inventories, meeting sales goals, creating window displays, visual merchandising, assisting customers with lingerie and making suggestions towards appropriate purchases for their individual needs. This job role is continuously evolving and changing to suit the needs of the store.

Management duties will include: maintaining a strong sales team, inventory control, scheduling, hiring and training new team members and being responsible for the day to day running of the store.

Must have at least 1 years of retail and sales experience and be 18 years or older to apply. Some product knowledge is a bonus, as well as experience with lingerie sizing.

Retail management experience is an advantage.

Reliable transportation to and from work is a must.
