The mission of the Brand Marketing department is to promote Aritzia’s customer, community and corporate brand.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Manager, Corporate Brand Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative and integrated corporate brand activations to life, while delivering on brand and business objectives. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Corporate Brand Marketing you will:

- Develop marketing plans in support of Corporate Brand priorities, such as Recruitment and Employer Brand campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate Corporate Brand results, market landscape research and competitor activities
- Manage the calendar, priorities and briefs for Corporate Brand activations
- Partner with marketing channels and creative to drive an integrated approach from development through to execution
- Partner with go to market to drive timing, treatment and bring Corporate Brand activations to life

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Corporate Brand Marketing has:

- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Brand Marketing
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
