Marketing and Brand Manager

**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Brand Manager to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and properties. If you are passionate about building brands and have a strong background in digital marketing and project management, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**
Brand Management:
- Work closely with CEO and Global Brand Manager to formalize all company entities’ brand values and mission which guide the brand’s development over time.
- Manage the creation and organization of brand assets and materials.
- Improve brand consistency and recognition to create centralized brand guidelines that everyone can use when communicating with customers and prospects.
- Increase brand engagement and educate each department with the guidelines and resources they need to represent the corporate and each entity’s brand correctly.
- Encourage brand adoption across every team by educating each department on their role.
- Communicate any updates or changes to the brand in a timely matter.
- Ensure brand adoption across all forms of communication and police all brand matters across all platforms.
- To be responsible of updating brand guidelines to ensure that brand is always at the forefront.
Marketing:
- Work closely with General Manager, DOSM with regards to all marketing initiatives.
- Plan, implement and oversee marketing strategies (aligned with the brand strategy) to increase awareness of our companies, projects and hotels.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify the target markets, trends, opportunities and competitor activities.
- Communicate the company’s brand to potential customers and target audience.
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, development, finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Track expenses and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM. And social media. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate relevant strategies into the overall marketing plan.
**Experience**
- A minimum of 2 years’ marketing manager experience in the field of real estate development, hospitality is preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, any office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- With valid class 5 driver license in BC
- Business travel will be required
Pay: $88,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
