**A little bit about the role**:

- ORBCOMM is looking for a Billing Specialist that will be responsible for Managing Customer specific duties such as billing, maintaining spreadsheets, preparation, and submission of invoices in accordance with customer specific requirements.

**Duties**:

- Generate manual customer invoices.
- Ensures client invoices are prepared to specific customer requirements.
- Maintaining excel based spreadsheets for the following items.
- Freight expenses to be charge back to customers.
- All shipments related to customers, as per delivery.
- Statements of customer account
- Running balance of prepayment schedule and monthly credit due
- Releasing of orders with upon delivery requirements in ERP system
- Collections of customer invoice
- Enter BIC location #’s into ERP system.
- Correct errors and discrepancies on customer billing as necessary

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel vlookups, pivots a must.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail on all assignments.
- Strong customer service in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to work in multiple platforms.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, handle interruptions while maintaining flexibility in work assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with diverse personalities while maintaining a professional attitude.
