**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for the following:

- Processing high volume of invoices and credit memos daily to clients.
- Processing payments, refunds and adjustments including credit and debit cards.
- Issuing monthly statements to clients.
- Place reminder calls to clients for past due invoices.
- Resolve customer inquiries and billing disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments and account balances.
- All other related duties as required.

Language Skills / Other Skills
- Bilingualism (English / French) considered an asset.
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
- Good math skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Post secondary education in accounting and/or equivalent experience.
- Working towards CPA designation would be a definite asset, but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience doing billing in a construction environment considered an asset.

Computer Skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
- Able to learn new software programs quickly considered an asset.

Please note that this is **NOT** a remote position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
