**Job Title: Accounting Billing Specialist**
**Location: Ottawa, ON - Full-time, Onsite**

As part of our expansion, we are looking to strengthen our finance team with a skilled Accounting Billing Specialist.
- Initial Focus - Efficiently manage accounts payable tasks
- Billing Processes - Transition to handle billing operations, including generating and issuing invoices based on service agreements and contractual obligations
- Financial Documentation - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process Improvement - Collaborate with the finance team to streamline and improve billing and accounting processes

**Qualifications**
- Experience - 2-4 years of experience in accounting or billing, preferably in a technology or service-driven business
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Technical Skills - Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential. Experience with Autotask is highly valued
- Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be clear and concise to ensure understanding across all client interactions

**Other Requirements**
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new roles and responsibilities

**Offer Details**
- Salary - Starting at approximately $45,000, negotiable based on experience

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
