**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- To assume full responsibility for the daily administration of the restaurant.
- To take overall responsibility for all cash in the store, ensuring proper cash controls are implemented and maintained and cash receipts are deposited daily.
- To achieve and maintain overall restaurant labor cost, within budget parameters, by taking responsibility to staff, train and schedule personnel to Frank & Gino’s level of service excellence.
- To achieve and maintain overall restaurant food cost to budget.
- Ensuring customer service and product quality are always focus points during decision making.
- Annual menu development, design, pricing and strategy.
- To direct local promotion of the restaurant to attain optimum sales potential.
- To assume full responsibility for the daily operations of the business.

**Requirements**:

- Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
- A self-motivated, organized, individual with superior interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a busy restaurant environment where he/she is responsible for handling a multitude of tasks simultaneously.
- Experience as a Manager in a full-service restaurant concept is considered an asset.
- Smart Serve certification, Safe Food Handling certificate as well as First Aid certified.
- Shift work is required as well as evenings and weekends.
