**Duties**
*Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
*Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
*Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
*Assist customers with product selection, upselling when appropriate to maximize sales opportunities.
*Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
*Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
*Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels to assist customers effectively.
*Provide support in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock counts.
**Qualifications**
/Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
/Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required.
/Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse customers.
/Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is advantageous.
/Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
/Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
/A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Pay: $20.14-$21.32 per hour
